Docker Pull时报错：Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?

准备在Docker中pull一个Neo4j，但是在pull的时候报错：Cannot connect to the Docker daemon at unix:///var/run/docker.sock. Is the docker daemon running?查看了下Docker的运行状态systemctl status docker

结果发现是因为Docker服务没起来导致的，执行systemctl start docker启动服务

重新pull时发现了系统又要求身份认证，输入用户名密码后可以pull了。
